Chic on Paper is committed to providing a high quality service to clients. This guide explains the customer care policy and how the artist proactively strives to provide products and services in which the clients can have full confidence.
Chic on Paper aims to carry out custom illustrations, art print, digital art, and exceptional service levels designed to satisfy the clients’ needs and expectations.
Chic on Paper aims to set clear standards of services and to regularly review and improve performance.
Chic on Paper operates in an ethical manner treating clients and suppliers in a respectful manner.
Chic on Paper aims to understand and measure the client’s expectations in order to provide an enhanced customer experience. Chic on Paper aims to:
Establish customer needs for products and services
Operate a continuous product and service portfolio management program to ensure products and services are designed, produced, and delivered to meet the client’s requirements efficiently
Provide clients with effective and innovative solutions to their problems
Provide communication links, processes, procedures and systems to maximise customer responsiveness and cooperation
Regularly review any suggestions to improve service levels made by both customers and suppliers

Chic on Paper provides a wide range of products and services aiming to deliver the best possible experience to clients. Chic on Paper will consult regularly to review customer needs and requirements, and any discrimination against customers is eliminated.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding Holidays.

Chic on Paper aims to:
Issue an acknowledgement of complaints within one working day
Provides a minimum of a preliminary response to all correspondence responding to complaints within five working days of receipt.
Actively inform the client of the progress relating to their complaint
Ensure a resolution that will be satisfactory to both the client and Chic on Paper
Chic on Paper will continually work to deliver products and services of the highest quality.
Chic on Paper aims to:
Use recycled paper and other materials wherever possible
Operate a paperless receipt system
Complies with all industry best practice guidelines
Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Upon application approval, you are entering an agreement with Chic on Paper. Please read the terms carefully.
Only Art Prints and Fine Art Prints (paper prints and canvas prints) are available for wholesale. Original paintings and framed prints are excluded. Please abide by these rules when ordering online. Any non-wholesale items received within a wholesale order will be billed at retail price or canceled.
Production and shipping time is 3-4 weeks. During pre-holiday seasons this time may be extended to 6-8 weeks.
Buyers will receive a discount of 45% off the current retail price on all paper art and fine art prints.
Buyer will receive a discount of 40% off the current retail price on all rolled canvas prints.
Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) must be kept up to date with current chiconpaper.com pricing. To keep the Chic on Paper brand integrity and value buyers may not offer discounts less than 15% off the retail price.
Pricing updates will be emailed to all active buyers. Failure to comply will result in termination of the wholesale agreement.
Minimum Opening Order
The minimum opening order is $200. Minimum reorder is $100. Accounts that have not placed a purchase within a twelve month period will require a minimum reorder of $200. Any changes in these minimums will be sent via email to all buyer accounts.
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payments can be made via Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, or Paypal.
Cancellation must be done within 72 hours of placing the order. Canceled orders that surpass the 72 hour period will be subject to a 50% of total value cancellation fee.
Returns and Exchanges
If an order arrives damaged, it must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. Damage claims must be submitted in writing. If failed to report within the 7 day period, the order will be considered a final sale.
If you wish to return merchandise it must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We will not accept returned products that have already been marked or labeled. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
Order must be paid in full prior to shipping. Retailers are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping is charged at a flat rate, based on the dollar value of the order. All domestic orders will be shipped via Canada Post, unless a previous arrangement has been made with the buyer. Items will ship from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Prints up to 24"x36" will be packaged in individual cello bags with a backing board. Prints larger than 24"x36", including 36"x36" prints will come rolled in a tube. Small display sample print may be requested if you wish to carry larger prints.
Credit must be given to Chic on Paper in the product's description. A description can be given in the form of "Chic on Paper Illustration" or simply "Chic on Paper". Partnering with third-party online resellers (i.e. Amazon, Etsy) to sell Chic on Paper prints is not permitted unless a prior agreement between seller and buyer has been reached. You may only sell Chic on Paper prints on the website listed on your approved application.
All rights and copyrights are retained by Chic on Paper. Purchasing the prints does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce any Chic on Paper art in part or whole without the written and signed consent of Nina Maric.
If you would like to use our product photography for marketing purposes, you must be an approved Chic on Paper retailer. Once approved, please email for access to product images. Approval, in writing, must be given for any Chic on Paper images to be used on a website, marketing material, and/or printed publication. All images used for marketing purposes must include product and company name. All products being sold online must also state: "created by Chic on Paper".
Chic on Paper is not responsible for any sales tax or fees associated with the resale of wholesale products.
Terms of sale
Upon approval of the wholesale application, resale of Chic on Paper prints are only permitted to be sold in the retail location and/or website listed in the original application. Additional locations/ sites must be approved in writing. Please email requests to email@example.com.
Seller has the right to terminate any wholesale account.
All terms, pricing, and materials associated with Chic on Paper Wholesale are meant to be kept confidential between the seller and the buyer. Sharing this information with the public or outside of your company's team is not permitted.
Colors may appear differently on different monitors. Chic on Paper is not liable or responsible for the difference in colors between screens and the final product.
Prints are mailed within 2 days of purchase, sent in a cello bag and 100% recycled paper cardboard mailer. Custom illustration delivery time depends on the amount of time it takes to get the illustration approved by client to print.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of Chic on Paper services that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Chic on Paper may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so (“Location Data”). Chic on Paper will use this data to provide features of the services, to improve and customize services provided. You can enable or disable location services when you use Chic on Paper services at any time, through your device settings.

Chic on Paper aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data. Whenever made possible, you can update your Personal Data directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to change your Personal Data, please contact Chic on Paper to make the required changes. If you wish to be informed what Personal Data is held about you and if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact Chic on Paper. In certain circumstances, you have the right:
To access and receive a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you
